I am Sean, a photographer and writer, had my civil partnership to long time partner, Roland in early 2007 to secure our rights that we couldn't get as a live in couple. We had a quiet ceremony with just a few close friends at the local registry office because we didn't really know what else to do. I wish we had known about all the weird and wonderful places we could have held our ceremony. I don't think we would have gone too OTT but something a little more stylish would have added to the occasion. Which is why I teamed up with Zeriva and put this web site together.
Hi I'm Zeriva, an artist and web designer, 'married' to Sylvie for six glorious months now. Although we had our civil ceremony at the registry office, a Buddhist friend acted as celebrant, and we had a lovely blessing in a friends garden, by the lake. My work first appeared in a number of top fashion magazines before I turned my hand to planning weddings in France.
We don't subscribe to that thing that gay and lesbians don't get on and often skip around the office singing 'Oh the cowboys and the farmers can be friends' and other show stoppers. We have both always had very mixed groups of friends .
